* Permanent package includes vehicle and phone – immediate start! * Tait, Motorola and similar product experience highly regarded * Provide critical 2-way radio services to the mining and emergency services sectors This national provider of two-way radio solutions and services are currently undergoing significant expansion due to continued growth into the mining and public safety sectors. To support this, the company are expanding the Field Service team with two additional Technicians to work directly on customer sites as well as with internal engineering groups. This is your opportunity to move into a leading company delivering critical communication solutions to the mining, public safety, utilities, rail and special events sectors – the customer base is varied as it is interesting, each with different solutions tailored to their specific industry requirements. The positions day-to-day responsibilities include, but is not limited to: - Installation, scheduled servicing and maintenance of two-way radio products and solutions - Building and maintain strong and fruitful relationships with customer and partners - Work within organisational processes and ISO9001 guidelines - Participation in on-call duties including travel as required The company prides itself on being a solution provider rather than just rolling out boxes – you will be working with bespoke solutions designed for the specific customer needs – no two days will be the same and you will never stop learning in this role. We are looking for those candidates who have an electronics and two-way radio background who have a keen interest in IP and wireless (802.11x) network technologies as their products increasingly are moving toward supporting wireless protocols.
