We are looking for a Customer site Commissioning and Warranty Manager for our Toronto (ON) facility. You will lead our Customer Service team in managing the Toronto site new vehicle delivery, commissioning, warranty and local customer relations. You will provide a safe work environment for all staff in the field, initiate detailed commissioning planning, manage all related activities and effectively communicate the commissioning testing as required, followed by the contractual warranty requirements In your role as a Customer site Commissioning and Warranty Manager, you will: Ensure that the work environment for our staff meets all, Provincial, Local and Toronto Transit Commission requirements for Safety and Diversity; Lead and implementation of Policies and Procedures to enhance the safety and well being of all staff; Review and plan all daily site activities for testing, commissioning and warranty, keeping program management as well as the site customer representatives aware; Lead the commissioning team with detailed planning, meeting the customer representatives and communicating status to program management; Manage the warranty process and consignment spare parts; Promote leadership and accountability with staff members and nurture a positive team effort. Qualifications As our ideal candidate, you possess: A Bachelors degree in Business is preferred, MBA or engineering background will be considered as assets; 5 years of experience in a manager role, working with customers, in a manufacturing industry Excellent knowledge of finance, cost reduction and risk management; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Lotus Notes; Excellent English communication skills.
