Job Description
Job Description: Provide transportation expertise and assistance to the material management group through active participation in planning and execution of transportation tasks for ongoing Oil and Gas projects. -A background in international shipping, dimensional rail movements and or heavy haul would be an asset. -The Logistics specialist will be required to prepare documentation for transportation plans, bids and purchase orders and to manage the execution of the transportation packages. -The logistics Specialist will have intermediate level of supervisory responsibilities and travel requirements in performance of their duties. Basic Job Requirements - 5-15 years of related experience required. - University degree in a related field of study would be considered an asset. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent computer literacy skills. - Strong leadership and decision making skills.
