We are looking for a Manager Regulatory Compliance for our Mississauga office.

Reliability, availability, maintainability and safety are crucial factors in providing service-friendly systems and trains. Our unparalleled expertise, innovative approach and customized solutions enable us to supply complete life-cycle service and support for ever-more sustainable rail operations.

Your Role

To ensure, audit and confirm overall compliance to operating practices, Federal, State and local regulations. Provide regulatory compliance training, develop action plans / programs, lead site teams in supporting a regulatory compliance culture. Support the Site and Services BU in ensuring regulatory compliance as required.

Your Challenges

Support each Site in managing and ensuring Regulatory Compliance developing strategies and reports aimed at validating, maintaining and improving Regulatory Compliance. This may involve supporting / leading communications, providing training, skills assessments, the development and implementation of work procedures, oversight of corrective actions if any etc.
Develop a methodology to quantify the Regulatory Compliance of each site. Conduct field assessments of each site in accordance with these tools.
Continually monitor Federal, State and Local regulations (FRA, OSHA, PUC, EPA, TSA, etc) to ensure that we exceed all requirements.
Perform regulatory compliance audits on a scheduled basis of all Services BU Sites.
Support the growth of Services as required.

Qualifications

Your Experience and Qualifications

B.A. or equivalent experience;
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
Rail experience , knowledge of Transport Canada Rules and Regulations and knowledge of FRA Rules and Regulations in the United States will be considered as strongs assets.
This position will require frequent traveling in Canada and United States.
