We are talent pooling for O&M Compliance Engineers for our future projects all around the world.

As an O&M Compliance Engineer you will perform Technical Compliance Audits at the SDCs. You will support Systems Reliability Drive, perform TCA Administration and liaison between SDCs and Engineering for Field Bulletins, surveys monthly reports etc.

In your role you will be responsible for
Preparing the audit plans and perform the Technical Audits at SDCs.
Preparing Audit Reports and pursue closing of the non-compliant items of the audit.
Attending monthly Reliability Synergy calls with SDCs and issue minutes. Maintain the Reliability Home page.
Updating the vehicle and wayside Reliability Growth charts monthly.
Carrying out the functions of the TCA Administrator.
Taking part in the development and implementation of the paperless TCA process.
Supporting SDCs for liaison with engineering.
Promoting intercommunication between Headquarters and the Field
Preparing Field Bulletins, Safety Directives, Technical Surveys, revisions / enhancement of the quality standards

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you will have:
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or recognized equivalent.
More than 5 Years of work experienced.
Knowledge of engineering processes and excellent analytical skills.
Experience and knowledge of computer applications such as SharePoint, Excel, Power Point, Word, Access or other relational databases.
Experience of O&M or manufacture of the electric rolling stock will be a plus.
