We are looking for a Performance and Process Assurance Engineer for our Kingston facility.

Your role

As a Performance and Process Assurance Engineer, you will perform, process and product Quality Assurance activities including auditing and mentoring. You will also audit project teams and ensure compliance to BTIP standards while guiding the organization towards BTIP compliance.

Your challenges
Conduct Performance and Process Assurance (PPA) activities in compliance with defined standards, plans, and applicable business processes.¸
Provide objective work product verification through regular audits, reviews, and evaluations. Determine whether the assigned projects are being executed in compliance with applicable processes, and whether the corresponding work products are conforming to the governing project plans, processes and standards.
Assure that any non-compliance issues arising from these verification activities are resolved in a timely manner.
Provide regular formal feedback and visibility to the project teams and management on the compliance status of the applicable processes and work products.
Mentor and guide other PPA engineers and/or project engineers.

Qualifications

Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering;
A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience;
Must be familiar with ISO 9001-2008, and with IEEE 730-202 standards;
Must be familiar with CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integrated) Apppraisal systems and Cenelec standards.
