We are looking for a Power Electronics Engineer for our Kingston facility. Your Role Under the supervision of the Product Manager the Power Electronics Engineer will be working to develop new products. This will include all phases of product development from initial specification of the product functionality and working with team members in implementation of hardware and software design. Your Challenges Develop and analyze control strategies and algorithms for power converters and implement the control algorithms using hardware and software techniques. Provide interface with suppliers/clients on the technical aspects. Conduct tests, anlayze results and write reports. Prepare documentation for manufacturing specification. Keep up to date on the latest devices, techniques and technical developments related to control and electronics. Qualifications Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, focus on power electronics curriculum preferred. A solid foundation in electrical engineering design principles, particularly in power electronics system . A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Familiar with mitigation of EMI and EMC in power electronics. Posses strong analytical ability.
