We are looking for a Senior Procurement Bids Administrator for our Saint-Bruno (QC) facility. You will elaborate bids strategies, coordinate and manage all activities related to suppliers and the division participants, within your respective projects. In your role as a Senior Procurement Bids Administrator, you will: Elaborate bids strategies and compile the costing document; Demonstrate to the head of Bombardier Transportation North America (BTNA) Strategic Sourcing that necessary provisions are available in order to align specification requirements with Strategic Sourcing strategies; Send requests for proposal to suppliers defined by the bid strategy, coordinate proposals evaluation with other functions in order to establish the suppliers selection; Analyze proposals from suppliers in order to emphasize the major elements affecting the costs; Seek and identify alternative sources of procurement according to the established criteria and BTNA Strategic Sourcing strategies; Ensure the transfer of the information and data collected during the bid phase to the project team. Qualifications As our ideal candidate, you possess: A Bachelors degree in Administration, Engineering, Law or equivalent; 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement management; Experience in bids and project management; Experience in partnership development; Knowledge of an ERP as SAP (asset); Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken & written); Knowledge of Mandarin (asset).
