Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our Electrical team in the Engineering group in our Auckland or Wellington office. The successful candidate will provide high quality input into projects within the electrical section supporting all market areas including Water, Resources and Transport. You will ensure a consistent approach is observed towards proposals, project delivery and client management, that all work is completed to budget and complies with the quality system, including appropriate verification and peer review. You will also develop site investigation and inspection programmes and cost estimates.

For this position you will need formal qualifications in Electrical Engineering, CPENG Preferred. You will need to be flexible in daily activities to allow for management of varying workload and people. Additionally you will have a strong commitment to team building, leadership and be pro-active in dealings with clients and fellow staff. This opportunity will present itself to an individual who is currently managing a team or alternatively a Senior Engineer with aspirations to move into a management position and build a career as a future leader.
