We are looking for a Testing and Commissioning Engineer for our Kingston facility.

Your Role

Develop, prepare, review and update test requirements, plans, and test cases for verification of products to performance specification and international standards. Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and standards. Responsible for risk management, liaison with Suppliers, Engineering and other functions or external parties for timely submission/conduct of activities and artifact such as procedures, approvals, test results and reports for all E&M subsystems. Ensure matching of documentary evidence to requirements for homologation and certification of products and update test strategy and plan as needed.

Your Challenges
Expedite, coordinate and progress testing activities, to include liaison with other divisions, suppliers and partners. Update and maintain TPP.
Investigate issues and support resolution process/work around testing of our products
Carries out testing programs on systems and components to better evaluate and minimize future problems. Expedite/generate /execute procedures/tests/reports.
Prepares cost and schedule estimates on projects in area of assignment. Maintain test plans and schedules.
Maintain database updated, provide and analyze testing information to ensure test case provide adequate coverage and minimize risks. Provide reports and analysis results with action plan to management.

Qualifications

Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent; Electrical Engineering or Physics Engineering disciplines are preferred.
2-4 years of experience in testing and commissioning or similar engineering role.
Knowledge of RQM from IBM is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially in Excel, database development and use is a must.
Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Must be willing to travel internationally.
